Extra costs:

• Airconditioning will be calculated
• 1 night downpayment in advance, transfer costs are for the customer. This is also deposit and will be returned to you when you check out. Payment will be done by bank if you have a check out before 10.00 a.m. Damage or extra cleaning hours will be taken out from the deposit. We expect the guest to leave the accommodation as it was offered.
